Life can deal us some tremendously negative blows. Think about how many times you have to overcome discouragement – even in a single day. Your child didn’t make the top soccer team, that promotion didn’t come through, you discovered that someone you thought a friend is gossiping behind your back, you just have zero motivation to get on with your day. The list goes on and on.
Many research studies show that the best way to overcome discouragement and disappointment is to live a life of Positivity. This is not pop-psychology or guess work. It is live-able truth confirmed by scientific research. But what exactly is it? Positivity is a derivative of the Positive Psychology movement – a scientific study about what makes life worth living.
